• Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, health, safety, and well-being during the retreat.

• Activities may involve outdoor walking or light hiking at vortex sites; please ensure you are physically able to participate.

• By attending, you acknowledge that you are responsible for listening to your body, honoring your limits, and seeking professional medical advice if needed.

While we intend to honor the full schedule and flow of the event as described, slight adjustments may be made due to weather, site access, or group needs. Locations for sacred sites and we may have to have grab and go lunch.  Please bring snacks and water with you. 

• The retreat will be held on October 10–11, 2025 in Sedona, Arizona.

• Daily immersion times are 11:30 am – 4:00 pm (local time).

All participants are expected to uphold a respectful, heart-centered, and co-creative environment. Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.  

Please no alchohol or drugs during ceremonies. 

By participating in this event, you agree to release Monica Bermudez's business and all facilitators, assistants, and venues from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during your travel to or participation in the event.

• Full payment is required to reserve your spot (unless payment plan is specified).

• Spaces are limited to 5 participants to preserve the intimate and sacred nature of the retreat.

• This retreat is a spiritual and transformational experience. It is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

• All transmissions, activations, and ceremonies are intended for energetic, spiritual, and personal growth.

Personal stories, experiences, and shared information within the group are to remain private and are not to be shared outside the event without explicit consent.
